HISTORY
Origamic took origami into Interior design, bringing joy and color to the spaces with installation and panels composed with a large number of figurines. Starting this year, Origamic is also exploring the potential of folds in the area of object design, replacing paper with new materials.

2016 // VA Vase
VA is a vase. Before being a vase, VA was an origami installation, and before being an installation, VA was a simple strip of paper with three valley folds. These three folds turned the strip into a volume, which applied on the wall, looked like pocket. I felt the need to multiply this figure in different colors, and when the installation was ready, the flowers followed naturally. A few days later,with the help of Studio MUD, thevolume of paper was transposed intoceramics.
Using magnets as fastening system, VA became interactive and versatile. As VA is never alone, it invites you to create diverse compositions and to complete them with flowers. VA does not stop here, but no one knows what it will become…
