The Institute promovează industriile creative din România, urmărind să contribuie la modernizarea României. The Institute inițiază și organizează evenimente de 19 ani și a construit o comunitate ce reunește antreprenori, profesioniști și publicul industriilor creative din România.

Prin tot ceea ce face,  contribuie la construirea unei infrastructuri puternice pentru dezvoltarea antreprenoriatului creativ în țară, crește și diversifică audiența atelierelor, designerilor, micilor afaceri, agențiilor și manufacturilor, promovează antreprenorii și profesioniștii creativi pe plan național și internațional.

HISTORY
 
Started working in Advertising while studying Communication, in 2011. Worked as a copywriter at Lowe and Partners and at Leo Burnett for big and small clients, like Telekom, Bancpost, Becks, Staropramen, Tic Tac, BRD, Terapia, Romanian Red Cross, Unicef and many others. Helped win important pitches and gained recognition within local festivals, with both creative executions and effective 360 campaigns. Accepted the challenge to become a Group Creative Director for the Telekom Prepaid Segment and, after winning the pitch, for the entire business.

Tell us what drives you. How do you overcome creative block?

Block IS what drives me, making me want to overcome it. Give me a challenge and I'll never rest until solving it. If things hit a dead end, talking to people to discover fresh perpectives is always a great idea. If you believe that absolutely anyone can teach you something new, the possibilities of what you can achieve are endless.

 What’s the greatest thing advertising has taught you?

Losing a fight does not mean losing it all. Give yourself some time and never give up (hope, determination and hard work), as efforts pay off in the end. If they don't pay off, then it's not the end :)
