Bucharest Creative Quarter is the most recent initiative of The Institute, meant to harness the energies and the entrepreneurial and urban development potential of the creative industries. The Creative Quarter is the meeting point of the creative communities and a space that already has the history and the necessary infrastructure to stimulate and accelerate the engines of the cultural and creative ecosystem.
The Creative Quarter brings together creative businesses, artists, cultural institutions to develop a creative business friendly environment. The Creative Quarter area lies around Cișmigiu Garden, the main coordinates being Regina Elisabeta blvd, Griviței Street and Matache Market.
The project was launched during Romanian Design Week 2017, the main design event in Romania.
You can walk around the Creative Quarter using the online map and you can stay tuned to the program every week, by following the project facebook page.
