    Entry Form RDW 2023 // DESIGN GO!

    OPEN CALL FOR SATELLITE EVENTS
    AT ROMANIAN DESIGN WEEK 2023

     

    THIS IS STEP 1 OF ENTRY FORM
    TO BE SUBMITTED UNTIL FEBRUARY 22      1ST OF MARCH                                         

    ATTENDENCE REQUIRES A TWO STEP APPLICATION:

    STEP 1: CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION (deadline: February, 22nd, 1 st of March, 11:59 PM, GMT +2) 
    STEP 2: PROVIDE DETAILS ABOUT YOUR EVENT (deadline: March, 15th)
     


    Romanian Design Week is opening yet again its annual call for satellite events.

    Answer the call and join the festival programme alongside independent designers, creative businesses, HoReCa partners, showrooms, galleries, cultural institutions and so many more creative partners.

    If you plan on showcasing an exhibition, open the doors of your studio, launch a product or create any kind of design oriented experience, then present it in the official event circuit of RDW 2023 and engage with the community anytime during this future edition, 12th-28th of May.
     

     

    STEP 1

    Confirm your participation by filling out the form below.

    This way you can confirm your participation and present the team with a brief description about your plans for RDW 2023.

    Do you plan on putting up an exhibition, a live talk, a guided tour or something else?
    Is it a one day event or do you plan on keeping your doors open for the whole Design Week?

    Tell us a little bit about your proposal and we will get back to you really-really soon so we look more into it.

    NOTE! By completing STEP 1 and submitting your intent, you therefore agree to be publicly announced as one of the participants of RDW Design GO! The list will be published starting 15th of March as part of the festival’s communication plan.

     

    STEP 2

    We will contact you during 10th-15th of March and will ask you then to provide more information about the event.
    Each participant should be able to send info regarding their schedule, address and a thorough description of their event proposal until 15th of March.

    Any application sent during STEP 1 and not followed by additional information in STEP 2 will no longer be taken into consideration for participating in RDW 2023.

    Please write the name of your business exactly how you would like it to appear in all the communication process and RDW materials.

    2. ABOUT EVENT

    District
    This year the RDW map highlights five main districts.
    Please check if your event will be taking place in one of these districts or somewhere else.

    Give us a hint about your plans for RDW.
    This information serves for internal use only and will not be made public.

    We know plans can change and that is okay.
    However, please share with us a few words about your intent. For exemple, you can answer some of the following questions: what type of event is it? Do you already have a name? Is there a topic you would like to address? What do you know so far? Why would you like to use RDW as a platform for your event?

    Take your time, only between 10th-15th of March will we require all final information.
