HISTORY
Sabina Pop is a Romanian, ready to wear, design label. She has obtained a BA and a MA in Fashion from the University of Arts and Design of Cluj-Napoca, where she is currently based. At the moment she is enrolled in the PhD program of the same institution as she continues to be influenced by the connection between contemporary art and design.

2018 // The Ladies' Room
Interested in the fluidity between the two disciplines art and design, Sabina implements her perception about clothing, using simple volumes, unconventional materials, in order to create ready-to-wear pieces. The Ladies’s Room, a name that reflects the complicity of women when going to the ladies’s toilet, also suggests intimate moments by whispering personal experiences between themselves.

2017 // Glimpse of Her
The starting point was, for “A Glimpse of Her”, the feminist artists’ work and their contribution to the contemporary art in the 60s. The name “A Glimpse of Her” captured this concept and this spirit and points directly to the central character of the story: the woman and her role in the art world.
