ROMANIAN DESIGN WEEK APPEARANCES
Soncino #3 Business Hub
Inside a newly renovated building, proposed as a business hub by the architecture studio three hi-tech companies, Asper, Cocyles and Personetics wanted to create an office space that is youthful, unconventional, industrial and ultimately in perfect sync with their brand identity.
As previous works done by the architecture studio the spaces had to create a hierarchy between what is public and private. Thus, as in the case of the Jelly Button Office the core of the intervention is represented by the public space. In constant response to the users the space shifts and adapts from floor to floor. With the use of either custom painted by the talented Eyal Eliezer and Elna pivoting panels or wooden blinds that create a semi-translucent wall between the spaces, the overall floor-plan can open up for big gatherings or close to create an intimate meeting area. In both offices the industrial stairway is the center element, creating a link between the floors and visually letting the space breathe.

In the initial brief the clients wanted to design a café that would be industrial, urban and would give its customers the right amount of privacy while enjoying their home made products in a "good vibe" place.
