HISTORY
Starting from the human-nature relationship, Ivan Patzaichin – Mila 23 Association promotes and develops social entrepreneurship and local development models in domains such as: ecotourism, green infrastructure, education and social reintegration.
SPECIFIC
Ivan Patzaichin – Mila 23 Association developed several partnerships with different producers in order to create local products that support our vision concerning development: fashion and object design, eco-technology, ecological water transport and soft infrastructure for ecotourism.
2019 // PATZAIKIN Ecosystem
Through the multidisciplinary character by which AIP - M23 operates in the projects and products developed under the PATZAIKIN Ecosystem, it assumes the role of a facilitator in the transition from the product-based economy to one based on experience.
In RDW 2019, it presents:
- the PATZAIKIN „de cânepă” collection, a 100% Romanian collection, in which the designer, Gyarfas Olah, plays with the architecture of shapes, with the asymmetry of surfaces, encompassing in its artistic vision textures and colours from the fairy-tale-like atmosphere of the Danube Delta, leaving way behind the seasonal trends of fashion.
- 2 models of Stand Up Paddles, with an innovative design, created for a new type of touristic experience by the architect Dan Andreșan.
- A water ultrafiltration system installed in a floating house, project developed with InovAya. It successfully combines new technologies with local architecture in order to facilitate access to drinking water in fishermen’s refuges
