HISTORY
Claudiu Ionescu, born in Arad in 1985, has graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Timisoara, Romania and is currently a Ph.D. student in Architecture at U.A.U.I.M. Bucharest, with the thesis ” Social and Cultural Anthropology in Contemporary Architecture”. Claudiu is the owner of RINO Architecture with offices in Bucharest, Timişoara and Arad. In 2012 he won first prize for the “Digital Museum”, Pecica, Romania and in 2011 during his junior architect period, he worked together with Dorin Ștefan and the DSBA/upgradestudio team at “Taiwan Tower International Conceptual Design Competition”, Taichung, Taiwan, winning first prize.
