What would you say if you lived in a modern, energy efficient house and, at the same time, were in a continuous contact with nature? Sounds good, doesn’t it?
EFdeN is a multidisciplinary team made up of architects, engineers, communicators and designers, all having the same goal: to find the best solutions to build a solar house, energy efficient and sustainable. We represent Romania Solar Decathlon Europe 2014 contest which will take place from June to July in Versailles , France. We want to prove that a sustainable lifestyle is a viable alternative for Romania , and in this regard, we influence social behaviors for more awareness towards environmental protection and sustainability. We propose a solar house, energy efficient, modular, adaptable brownfield sites that are found in Bucharest, our innovation is the integration of green space inside the house, bringing nature back into the daily lives of people! Moreover, on these sites, based on this prototype, we develop a residential housing consisting of semi - collective and also individual, creating sustainable communities in key points of the city.
