2017//The house under the terrace under the house.
Built by architect Alfred Popper in 1938, Vila Leonida is a historical monument that belonged to General Paul Leonida. The construction reinterprets parts of the character of the old house. The massive stone base, green stairs and terraces have become a common denominator for the two houses. The contrast between the raw, unfinished materials and metal elements facilitated the dialogue between the two houses, the dialogue between old and new.
