2017 // THREADS OF TRADITION @ VIENNA DESIGN WEEK // LOVE AND FATE FOR GIRLS WHO CANT WAIT
The book presents a series of traditional customs and snip¬pets of youth told to Mădălina by her grandmother, when trying to eat salty breads and sleeping with basil under the pillow were tiny, giddy, charming rituals. And just like her grandmother, Mădălina wished to pass on what she knows best, with the widest heart and the hugest love, for nothing to be forgotten.
2017 // THREADS OF TRADITION @ VIENNA DESIGN WEEK // PORCELAIN FORESTS
Inspired by nature, naive imagery and magic, she creates custom made, hand painted porcelain objects for individuals and homes. The delicate, yet bold and distinctive decoration painted on the slightly irregular shapes of milky stoneware make Madalina’s pieces a special, delightful experience for any heart and space. The basic color palette consists of red, green and blue tones, with various shades, intensities and levels of transparency.
2017 // CERAMICS OBJECTS
An essential set of tableware items mixed and matched, creating a modern, powerful ensemble. Each porcelain piece is carefully hand-crafted through several steps, therefore the slight irregularities in shape and decoration from one piece to another only add to the uniqueness of each encounter with Madalina Andronic Ceramics objects.

Fairies were born from Romanians' ancient beliefs in the existence of fey spirits in control of every force, energy or life breath. Nameless, ever-living enchantresses, one says of fairies being spellbound women, pure young maidens, mythological deities of wildlife, whose spirits dwell in celestial bodies, worldly forces and creatures, miraculous herbs or endless, ungodly dreams. If late passed into silence, forever hidden in empty hollows, the fairies now unloose from tales, myths and age-old spells and reveal themselves in nine portraits glimmering through the smallest keyhole. For the mortal souls who cannot see them nigh, only dust of fairies with no evil-eye.
