2015 // Fifty Logos
SilkEight launches the “Fifty Logos” publication, which is a collection of 50 logotypes, created over the years.
The catalogue gathers logos created for clients and friends, from diverse areas; artistic platforms and design fairs, such as 23și Magazine, Autor, V for Vintage; designers such as Valentina Vidrașcu, Cristina Săvulescu, Otilia Flonta, Wolf 25; or identity projects for commercial companies and Romanian and international law firms.
This publication captures the distinctive, beautiful, practical and simple nature of the logos, being entirely designed in black, white and silver. Its target audiences are people passionate about brand identity, design, artistic work and those who find pleasure in looking into a book with textures that feel at every touch.
“Fifty Logos” is desired to become a series of reference in supporting the modern, contemporary design in a tight union with the classic, authentic, artistic one; a support for creative directions in young, fresh projects that are creating a unique visual identity.
