An ordinary hallway passage between larger spaces, spaces that are always more important, is transformed during the Romanian Design Week in a sound installation, in Electric Brother’s own way. A poem, a street noise, a phone that no one answers or a low-pitched academic speech turn into a conceptual system about the city and the public space.
The monotonous space becomes an experience that plays a fictional dialogue between musical phrases and sounds from different times and spaces that contradict, synchronize or just coexist. The sound becomes the means of perception for those statements and data that in turns is decomposed and rebuilt into conceptual messages.
