In 2009 Lidia Puica graduated from the Univestity of Decorative Arts and Design in Iasi with specialization in Environmental Design, then she completed a Master at the University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca, exploring the contemporary jewelry. After graduation in 2011, she was devoted to jewelry made of unconventional meterials, especially those crochted. Lidia creates statement pieces with organic inspiration using free technique in crochet exploring shapes and volumes. In this way, the jewelry gets the value of an art object, being associated with some crocheted sculptures.
